"L'hôtel est très agréable et c'était notre 2eme séjour. Le personnel est à l’écoute et le barman fait d’excellents cocktails création. Seul bémol au moment du départ, le responsable de l’accueil n’a pas pris le temps de nous écouter pour le late check out, dont on avait droit avec expédia. Et nous a renvoyé vers expédia de manière assez expéditive, alors qu’à mon avis, c’était à l'hôtel de régler le problème avec son partenaire de réservation. Cela a rendu la fin du séjour un peu désagréable."

"Box tissue was empty when we checked into the room. It was replenished after I wrote a note (in French thanks to Google translate) to housekeeping. In the same note, I informed staff that there were different bugs (4 beetles & another bug I can't identify) that were resident in our room up on the ceiling. Nothing was done about it.
