"Although the parking structure had a problem with the drive in door entrance, the staff jumped to work and got us in a nice room in no time. Some roof construction going on, but all workers were polite. "

The activity staff were really kind to our daughter and made our stay even more enjoyable. Though several things were closed due to the off-season, we were still able to find things to eat for breakfast and lunch and in between exploring nearby Tahoe."

"The Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe is a very impressive property sitting on top of a mountainside in the Northstar resort area about halfway between Truckee and Kings Beach. Service was world class, from the second we arrived until we left all the staff we interacted were very accommodating and were good at anticipating our needs. "This is the first place we checked in in our trip which includes 4 other hotels. We were surprised to see the place. It was spacious, clean, cozy with cabin cottage style. The place had all we need for a comfortable stay. It is close to the shopping/ dining area. Our room also had a beautiful view of the mountains. We regret not booking another night there. We would like to go back to this property in the future. "
