"The hotel was overall clean. A few things needed better maintenance like missing tile in the bathroom, scuffed walls. The bed was a little too firm and needs softer blankets. My TV didn’t work and I had to switch rooms. The room size is nice."

"Our Stay at Ramada Inn by Wyndham July 5-8 2026, was horrible. Check in front desk was fine. Rooms were inadequate and toxic.1st room 103 smelled moldy and had foul smell. 2nd room 116 smell same but you sprayed perfume in the air to mask it. 3rd room shown had dampness at the front door. 4th room 115 smell was even worse smell. So we went back to 2nd room 116 you offered only to find out when we went in the bathroom the floor in front of the toilet was leaking water through the floor. You...

"The room was not properly cleaned. The water heater went out during our stay and no discounts or accommodations were offered to cover the fact the we took cold showers daily for our 4 day stay. One elevator was out of order and cleaning staff was subpar. Do yourself a favor and stay across the street at the Holiday Inn."

"I love the location but my room was near the pool which was full of algae getting to front of property was extremely long walk. Toilet broke was fixed quickly but who wants to deal with that while on vacation. This was my second stay there really like the hotel but some of these issues are really ridiculous."

"Everything was fine until check out. The clerk ran my credit card twice and put a hold on my cc funds telling me I had to wait 7-10 business days. She said it's a practice they do every 3 days. Don't play in my face. If you ran the full amount on day 1, it was no need to do it again. I don't appreciate that inconvenience at. Ladies at the front desk were not as welcoming as the men who usually man the front desk over night."
