First experience on check in was rough (not welcoming) then a second woman saved the day and was very helpful. Was disappointed that the published check in time was not accurate and we had to delay until three (changing our plans). The value and location were great. The room was a bit beat up (had to slam the door to get it to shut) and couldn’t get the tv to work.

The whole hotel stank of cigarette smoke. The room door for one of the rooms we were in could not be closed. It looked like the door had been kicked open and the lock not repaired.

Arnaque à L'hôtel de la gare d'aix les bains.

Un accueil déplorable et aucune écoute. 5 chambres facturées, à ce jour, alors que 2 ont été réservées. Personne n'est joingnable à l'hôtel et mes.demandes de remboursements restent, un mois après, sans réponses. A éviter absolument.

Heureusement qu'une seule nuit ! Lit inconfortable, cuvette dans le matelas, pas de couverture apres 3 jours de pluie ! Sols sales, ne pas marcher pied nu. Porte des wc ne ferme pas du tout, ni verrou, ni porte simplement... + fuite de la chasse d'eau en continu !!! Télévision sans réception à part si vous savez lire les pixels ! Prises électriques arrachées (courage car c'est au client de brancher la télé et la lampe) !!! Dommage car le personnel a l'air sympa...

Parfait pour quelques nuits

De passage pour une nuit en famille, cet hôtel fait largement l’affaire pour le prix. C’est pas le grand luxe, l’état des chambre est correct, le matelas est dur, et s’il y a du monde, au petit matin il se peut qu’il faille un peu attendre l’eau chaude… et le parking de l’hôtel n’est pas toujours disponible… Par contre l’accueil est correct, et les chambres et le linge est propre… je marche pieds nu sans problème. On nous a très gentiment mis à disposition un lit parapluie qu’on a finalement pas utilisé.

Hôtel de la Gare Aix-les-Bains

Hôtel à fuir. chambre pas prête à 19h. un lit non fait, pas de serviettes de toilette, pas de papier WC. En guise de couverture un couvre lit tout mince, on s'est caillé toute la nuit. De plus ménage non fait certainement depuis très longtemps. Jamais personne à l'accueil et cerise sur le gâteau mauvais code inscrit sur la clé pour rentrer le soir quand l’hôtel est fermé ( il ferme à 20h ) Et c'est un hôtel 2 étoiles... Heureusement que c'était pour une nuit.

A FUIRE!!!!! Il y avait des punaises de lit !!! Je n'ai passé qu'une 1h30 dans la chambre avant de partir a 1h du matin... J'avais réservé 2 nuit, j'ai rappelé le lendemain pour faire passé le message a la direction via le jeune homme plutôt gentil qui travaille la bas, personne ne m'a rappelé 4 jours apres cet incident plutot grave. Je me decide donc a dévoiler la verite pour les futur usagers quitte a ne jamais etre rembourser, ce qui est d'ailleurs inadmissible. Hotel pitoyable...
