We had an enjoyable and relaxing 3 days staying the residence suites, a great space for a family. The hotel pool and bar area was better than the photos suggest and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The free shuttle bus to the old town (or beach) is a super service and needed given the options for buses and expensive taxis. I can thoroughly recommend staying here if you like to relax as well as explore.

Good facilities with swimming pool!

Great hotel with wonderful swimming pool and hot tub, but we did find the hotel a little far from the centre of town. The hotel does have a regular shuttle into town though! Apartment was clean and comfortable and provided everything one could want. There is a supermarket and Boulangeries close by and within walking distance.

On y retournera tellement ce séjour de 4 nuits à été pour nous extraordinaire. Un appartement XL pour nous deux et nos deux chiens qui ont été d’ailleurs très bien accueillis. Les espaces sont grands et fonctionnels. La literie est impeccable. Ménage parfait. Quant à la vue depuis la terrasse de nouvelles lumières chaque jour et soir sur la baie. Un magnifique souvenir.

Bien mais bruyant

Bel hôtel, beaux volumes et agréable dans son ensemble. Par contre l'hôtel est voisin au nouveau téléphérique dont les travaux sont enfin terminés! Dès 8h du matin, les engins de chantier et leur bip de recule ainsi que les rouleaux compresseur et camions divers sont là pour vous rappeler que vous devriez êtres heureux de vos vacances... mais non! Dommage car l'hôtel est bien et le service impeccable.

2ベットルームそれぞれにシャワールームが付いていて便利でした。 部屋はとても清潔で、キッチンには全てのものが揃ってました。 食洗機に、オーブンレンジは新しい物 オーブン皿もあったので、料理やパンを温めるのに重宝しました。 レンタカーが無いと不便と思いますが、良い駐車場がありました。

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. La piscine est un plus par ces fortes chaleurs. Le restaurant et très beau et le petit dejeuner tres complet mais assez cher. Possibilité de faire livrer des paniers de pain et vienoiseries dans l’appartement le matin.

Flott og ren leilighet. Savnet vifte på kjøkken ifbm matlaging. Byggearbeider pågår på en kabelbane like utenfor hotellet. Mye støy og støv. Lang avstand til sentrum og strand, men mulig å ta kollektivtrafikk (tog til strand, buss til sentrum) 30 min å gå til strand Ricantu, 40 min å gå til sentrum.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, der Pool hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und das Frühstück war klein aber fein. Leider war das Rührei viel zu wabbelig und scheinbar nicht richtig durch (an beiden Tagen) Wir waren in den Suiten nebenan, diese waren schön groß und geräumig. Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht. Am ersten Tag wurde uns gesagt, die springt erst nach 10min an. Am zweiten Tag stellte sich heraus, die Außenanlage war ausgeschaltet. Und zudem defekt... Erst am 3. Tag wurde es repariert. Die Nächte waren also super schwitzig bei tagsüber 36 Grad. Immerhin gab es hierfür eine Entschädigung. Beim Check in mussten wir 700€ Kaution zahlen, was wirklich hoch ist. Zum Glück ging auch die Debitkarte, denn die Kreditkarte hatte ihr Limit bereits erreicht. Die kostenlosen Badetücher für den Pool, die wir täglich erhielten, und der Trinkwasserspender waren sehr willkommene Annehmlichkeiten. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Aber am Rührei sollte nochmal gearbeitet werden.

Erittäin siisti ja miellyttävä hotelli. Henkilökunta todella palvelualtista, ystävällistä ja asiat hoituivat käden käänteessä. Hyvä äänieristys (vaikka vilkas katu edessä), todella siistit ja modernit huoneet. Aamiainen (lisähinta) tosi runsas ja monipuolinen. Hotellissa uima-allas ja rannalle lyhyt matka. Kaupungin keskustaan/vanhaan kaupunkiin aika pitkä kävelymatka 40min, mutta bussilla nopea. Lämmin suositus!

Du bruit de travaux et peu d ajustement à l’accuei

Accueil où il n y a pas eu d effort sur l accès à la chambre (valise bagagerie à 10.00 clé à 17.00 malgré ma demande puis un appel ) et un imbroglio sur le paiement qui devait être fait via hôtel.com et que l hôtel me redemande , j ai du insisté auprès du responsable pour qu il contacte la plate-forme pour vérifier . des travaux toute la journée ( marteau piqueur rendant impossible l utilisation du balcon ou de la piscine et de l appartement) et un camion frigorifique autorisée sur le parking la nuit un soir ( moteur qui se déclenche ) des points qui auraient mérité d être signalé à la réservation Appartement correct et propre malgré des fissures inquiétantes au sol. Petit dej copieux mais assez cher des personnels agréables à l accueil et efficaces sauf le responsable.
