"Clean room. Beautiful location. Right in the lake. The grounds are well maintained. The clerks only spoke Spanish. Ok por mi!"

"Very nice place by the lake. On site restaurant is good and convenient but you really should go out and explore. There are couple billiards tables by the lobby and there are some pickleball courts on the property as well. Staff was very friendly especially the manager in the Sunday buffet."

"Me gustó que el personal era muy amable, el lugar en los jardines se ve muy bonito, al entrar al cuarto se veía bonits la cama , suave pero necesita más atención, en el baño no sabía cuál era el agua caliente y fría , se escuchó un ruido feo al abrir la llave de la regadera al abrirla de más se salió la manija , los gabinetes están deteriorados del baño,"

"This hotel is better in person! We enjoyed swimming laps in the pool and relaxing in the hammock on the roof which was a magical place to watch the sun rise over the town and Lake Chapala. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. Only wished they had coffee in the room. They did allow us an early check in which we greatly appreciated! Check in info ended up in my spam so be sure to check that if you haven’t heard from them after booking."
