Appartement était très propre et nous avions tout ce que nous avions besoin. Les serviettes pour la piscine sont fournies directement a la piscine. Je recommende cet appartement."

"We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

"The unit itself was great, the location is amazing and close and walkable to everything. The apt was very clean and cozy,had small mishaps but they repaired within 2 days the facilities was great the gym was really nice , the spa area was very clean however the sauna nor the steam room was not working during my whole stay, but the pool and hottub and view of the Burj made up for that... I really enjoyed my stay here overall... one thing that I NOTICED that could be better is the communication...
