Nice room. Sliding glass door hard to close. Smelt like paint. Good location with lots of restaurants and metro access. Good staff, addressed our minor problems quickly. Pool cocktail was decent but very expensive.

The stay was good. I did notice no one at Security Desk ever greeted anyone coming into reception, only front desk would. I would speak and greet the Security every day then they would speak. Sometimes it would take long time for elevators as 1 was broken. Its situated with supermarket,pharmacy, salons etc every thing is right there which is convenient. You never have to leave this area everything is there

Regular apartment with old furniture service was bad. You should call the roof service to do everything. Call Saul when I was sleeping the cleaner knock the door three times when I’m putting don’t disturb sign on the door and he wake me up. The rate of this apartment not more than 1 1/2 star. the location is great but the rate is little bit expensive if you compare it with other hotel with better service and Less location

This is not 3 stars hotel, the bathroom has no hot water. I call the reception they said they will send someone, no one show up. The apartment rugs are very old and dirty. Furniture was old and consumed

The breakfast buffet isn't great but there's plenty of places to get food nearby. My only complaint is that the Apartments make up three separate buildings in a row making it a decent walk to the pool and exercise facility.

Ok for the price

Very convenient location right next to the monorail. The rooms are quite old but functional. The bedroom window is inexplicable tiny so the room is dingy. The balcony has no table or chairs and the lounge has a small sofa with no cushions. TV not clear but has a couple of English channels. The kitchen is well catered for with big fridge/freezer, and everything u need to cook. The lifts were a pain. Only 2 working and REALLY slow to come. Also used by staff so obviously no service lift for them which is crazy. Excellent fitness facilities. Really 5* for that!

On 19-21 Nov, The suite room is very dirty seems long time nobody live there after used! The chair & floor are all dusty! The towel frame are all rusty! Some bugs in the carpet bite us!!! No free drinking water supply!!!  I talked to the duty manager in the lobby when I checked out , very disappointed!!!
