Pergamon Pension
10/10 Excellent
"Ersin, the host is exceptionally accomodating and takes great pleasure in making sure his guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is quite charming, with a pleasant turtle patrolled garden area. It is located in the old section of town, just below Pergamon. Those looking to avoid driving, posessing a modicum of fitness, will enjoythe pleasant 3km walk to the ruins from the pension. And the breakfast is absolutely amazing!"

"It is a charming little hotel which is superbly located near the cable bergamon cable car. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where they serve meals and hold events. During our first night they hosted a live concert which was very good. The staff is both helpful and enthusiastic"

"The new owner of just a few months is so warm and welcoming. He will sit and chat and really make you feel like a guest in his home. The property was beautiful and very close to all the sites. I would recommend this place over and over again as long as the current owner is there, he is really what sets other places apart."

"Cool old house/mansion. The staff (Cem & Baran) were lovely, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the cable car. I’d suggest going early; we arrived at 9:15 on a Saturday and by 10:30 there were 3 buses."

"There is a really nice garden area in the hotel and it adds a nice vibe and makes the stay extra special. Staff were wonderful. We enjoyed a delicious lamb steak at the restaurant. We were also given a choice of room, which we much appreciated. All in a very wonderful experience."

"Great view from my room to the Bergama theatre on the hill. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was also central to most attractions."

"The staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Our room was cleaned daily with clean sheets & fresh towels also extra soap, shampoo & body wash. The room itself could have used some updating to the floor trim (peeling badly) & the shower needed to be re-caulked. Close to train station. Nice courtyard to enjoy a drink & sit outside. Pleasant stay overall."

"El señor Vedat fue muy amable y nos dio recomendaciones gastronómicas. La casa esta muy bien ubicada. Para llegar no seguir google maps sino las indicaciones del Vedat. El desayuno muy completo y sabroso. Destaco la amplia disposicion del dueño para facilitar nuestras necesidades adecuando el horario del desayuno. Super recomendable."
