"Super nice location and super friendly staff. Loved it!"

"Nice view to a beautiful garden and mountains from our room. It’s an old building which could be charming but some repairs would be nice."

"Hotel is Clean, great services, provide shuttles to downtown and station. Great view, great good."

"The hotel is so welcoming. All staff are helpful and pleasant except for speaking English. The food is excellent, and the location was great. The view was I just want to bring it to my home. Overall, it was great staying."

We booked a private onsen for your family at the front desk and went to our beautiful room. The buffet dinner was fantastic and to follow the breakfast buffet was equally amazing. Best hotel we have stayed at so far on our...

"Next to the main JR station and convenience "

"Nice stay for a short trip."

"Lovely staff. Rooms and hotel itself was a little dated but the staff made up for it. Food was good and the private onsen in our rooms was amazing. "

"Nicely decorated hotel and good customer service. Room was spacious. Food was tasty. Maybe it is me, food was on the salty side so I needed to add water. Very good location near the train station."

"Fantastic view outside from the open bath."

"We spent 2 nights in our first visit to Kiso-Fukushima and we had a wonderful time at this onsen. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast and dinner were great as well. If you’re looking for a down to earth experience I’d suggest this Onsen. We will be back…"

"The breakfast buffet has many options and the karaoke room is very clean."

"I came with little expectations, but was really pleased with this hotel. The outdoor onsen is really nice. The corridor is a bit noisy when someone walks by. Some dust and spider webs in the top shelfs but nothing really bad"

"A good place to stay and go to different places from there."

"Great service, offers shuttle bus service and private room dining "

"It was great stay."

"The rock pool onsen was excellent and included too."
