"AMAZING - great location - hotel was beautiful - the room i booked i did not receive but i know the room i received was definitely an upgrade. it had a warm pool and a hot spa - this was great as it was a little chilly at times. i would come back here and definitely consider staying here again. staff friendly. it was a little expensive but so is Santorini and this hotel was just stunning - i want to come back!"

"The location was amazing to watch sunset. I went before busy season. Walk was t too bad. You cannot reach the room by car- so you need porter or need to carry bags a little always. Very clean- shower doesn’t have a door- so bathroom floor was a little wet . I struggled mostly with communication- because there isn’t a front desk so hard to ask for replacement items. "First, I was sent to another property by Katsikis, but the place they sent me was great. The actual place was Katsikis Santorini. The property is beautiful in a very convenient place. Literally, it's the first hotel before you will need to lug your luggage to get to other hotels. Service was top notch! they were very friendly, professional and very helpful. If I go back, this is where will stay."
