Central location in downtown Akron, near the fabulous library. Very nice and helpful staff, with great knowledge of the area. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Only downsides: No room service, and not too many good dining options within walking distance (good local restaurants in Akron, but we had to Uber). Restaurant at the hotel had odd hours and the food was pretty low quality; it was more of a watering hole than a restaurant.

This was our first, but definitely not last, time staying here. The hotel was beautiful and all of the staff was great!! The highlight of our stay was the young man playing piano in the bar area.
