Upon arrival just before official check-in time we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and were told our room was ready. The king suite was clean and spacious enough for our party of 3. The bed and pull out sofa were comfortable thru the night; our morning showers had plenty of hot water with good pressure. The breakfast bar was well stocked with hot items as well as usual fare and served in a spacious, inviting lounge (which included a bar that opened late afternoon thru evening hours according to its signage). There was plenty of easily accessible parking, even despite the snow (because of the season). My only regret was the fact that I wanted to use the treadmill (since outside walking was impossible due to said snow) and the treadmill was out of order. I made do with quietly walking the clean halls through the hotel. All in all, this was a surprisingly pleasant stay in a "bargain" hotel that offered well-above "bargain" service by above board friendly and helpful staff. We will be staying here again on our next visit to the Orrville area.

I felt the hotel was in a nice quiet, safe area. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and the staff was very helpful, and friendly from the desk to the breakfast person. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place has everything you need to stay in Orrville. We stayed a week and appreciated the breakfast options and how clean they kept the breakfast area. The washer and dryer were convenient. Bed was comfortable and the room size is one of the biggest benefits. Staff was helpful and friendly. We didn’t notice any noise in our room and the location is perfect. Super easy check in and out. The exercise equipment is adequate and the heated indoor was a great option. We will definitely stay here when in town.
