The lady working the desk when we checked in was the only good thing. She was very friendly. The room was terrible. The wallpaper was coming off the walls, the walls had cracks in them. It is in dire need of a remodel. For the money we paid it was still terrible. The outside was dirty, trash everywhere. If it would let me, I wouldn't give this place a half star.
The general manager was very personable and helpful. The rooms were simple, no-frills, quiet, and a really great price. There is a Duncan Donuts an easy walking distance away for coffee and snacks. I would definitely stay there again.
We stay here every weekend and normally get non smoking but this time we were given a smoking room #408, i walked in and it was disgusting, smelled like mold, and there were nats everywhere 😡😡
this time we were given room $408
We checked in and room looked like it was it was ready to collapse. Big crack in the ceiling. wallpaper peelimg. We asked for a new room, and it smelled and had dage to the door. We asked for a refund. This hotel is clearly where people go to shoot up herione and bring prostitutes.
Room had tampon dispensers on the floor, curtians, floor, shower curtian even the sheets had burn marks in them. Pool wasnt open for season in 80 degree weather, microwave wouldnt stay plugged into outlet.
It was run down with an alternate entrance to the “front office” that was actually being used for storage. The office was very dirty. I can’t comment on the state of the rooms as they “lost” my reservation. I was told that I cancelled it and then that Expedia canceled it. They offered to rebook me at the current daily rate which was more than I should have paid. I declined as I was really feeling rather unsafe at that point due to state of the property and also come of the clientele that I witnessed checking in prior to me.
Well, everything was outdated, stained, broke, or not clean. Crack heads in and out all hours of the night making plenty of noise. Someone was beating or strangling their dog. That pour thing made such horrible sounds. My boyfriend and I looked around for this person and dog, but they took off before we could help that pour dog. We'll never go there again and I think that place should be shut down. It's nasty there. Hotels.com should stop providing services to them and investigate who their suppling services to. Never again will we go there!

The potholes getting into the property were the first red flag. The worst part of this place was the room. Our first room had a dirty drug needle & dirty lingerie, multiple burn holes in the blankets and sheets, the mattress was absolutely filthy. We immediately went to the staff who could not have cared less. The second room had a dirty floor that hadn’t been swept, the curtains weren’t properly hung, semen on the TV, and the baseboard near the bathroom was falling off & was completely covered in mold. Both rooms the paint was peeling off the walls, the ceiling tiles were falling apart, and what was left of the walls was beyond dirty. The staff almost seemed irritated that we were still upset with the second room and demanded our money back. Our children were clearly being watched by a few men, and they kept slowly coming out of their rooms as if they were going to trap us there so we took off asap. I genuinely hope this place gets shut down, and asap.
Upon arrival I was not allowed to use the main entrance, there was a sign that said use side door entrance. Once checked in to my room, I inspected the states and bedding and found that only the floor was vacuumed and the bed remade. The tables has food residue stains, their was food and trash crumbs in the seams of the seats & and seams of the beds. I lifted the covers & sheets to find more crumbled cookies & other paraphernalia all around the bed seams; & despite all of that, I was so tired I tried to lay down anyway. The deal breaker for me was when the bed bugs came out and tried to swarm my legs.
That was the deal breakers of that specific room, for me. But then, I went to the office explained what I found, showed them the videos and pics I took, and I offered to clean the room myself, if they'd supply the chemicals & big spray. What that man, the manager did instead was cancel my stay and kicked me out of the motel! I was in Ohio for court and had came all the way from southern Florida, so I ended up walking the streets of Canton, spending money on the Taco Bell, Dunkin donuts and Waffle House near the motel, just to sit in their lobbies to escape the cold. I was forced to book a room at Quality Inn Hall of Fame next door to my original motel, and although booked at about 3 am, I could not check in until 2pm. So walked a half mile in the cold to stand at the Whipple Ave SARTA bus station, until sunrise at 7am just to get a bus ride to downtown Canton for court.

Cheap as hell quality because cheap as hell prices
Adequate hotel, but below average. I have stayed a Knight's Inn before so I thought it would be nice. The room I had was okay, but definitely an older room. Old lights, old shelves, etc. The TV was nice. Fridge and coffee and Microwave worked fine. Shower and sinks works well. Clean sheets and pillows. Small bit of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom in two spots. I didn't like that the person in the room next to me had their TV up too loud at 2 am. But they turned it off pretty soon. Just know you are getting a below average motel if you stay here. Service was good. I think it was not worth the money at all. Just pay a little bit more and stay somewhere nice and newer.

Currently residing at this location due to unforseen circumstance have spent more than two thousand dollars for an extended stay and got to know many of the staff members and front desk personnel on a first name basis all were extremely nice & . Stayed in three different rooms. One was horrible the other two were okay but could have been cleaner bought my own cleaning supplies, but not horrible .Mr Miller the general manager was nice some days and stand offish other days had a problem with payment on three different instances due to improper booking. On expedia wich was resolved the next day and two other days due to unemployment sight crashing and payment being a few hrs late made good on all three either the same day or the next intended to stay another month but He told me if it happened again he would have to decline and that i should look for other lodging im offended being single woman and close to the front desk and getting to know all staff i felt safe now i feel offended and will look for other options starting today . owner recognized me from another business i often visit on arrival and was very nice so i was happy to spend my hard earned dollar there but not when im told to go somewhere else by a general manager he did give me one day free and a twelve dollar break on one day but stated he'd given me a lot of days free not true .also requested to speak with the owner and manager stated so your gonna go over my head and he wont to talk to you actually wanted to thankhim
The room was nice but the shower was short and water pressure sucked

My overall review is I got a room I could have while I waited for my flight.
However I expected something a little less gettoy.
the condition of the bath/shower was less than useable. (I have pictures). enamel issues.
molding by the bed, & the sink were both disconnected from the wall.
The night stand was broken & had stains on it, the walls were also stained.
again I took pictures of all I have mentioned.
