Even though I booked a room with two beds, the space felt more like a comfortable Airbnb. "Average hotel, as they call themselves 4 star. On my arrival they did not find my booking. Finally they found something and they kept asking me for the payment receipt to Expedia. They told me that Expedia has not paid them, so they need to see some proof. After 4 hours of back and forth they finally gave me the room. It was quite frustrating. Never in my 30 years of travelling any hotel asked me the receipt of payment. It was quite disappointing on the service and attitudes in this Holy city of...
