"Average hotel, as they call themselves 4 star. On my arrival they did not find my booking. Finally they found something and they kept asking me for the payment receipt to Expedia. They told me that Expedia has not paid them, so they need to see some proof. After 4 hours of back and forth they finally gave me the room. It was quite frustrating. "Very bad service. I forgot one jacket in the room. I’ve sent a WhatsApp message, one email, one form through hotels.com I know that the WhatsApp message was read. But no one send me back any answer. Even to say that they didn’t found it. I’ll never stay again at this property or any of this group. And also the price was too expensive for this kind of room and location. You’ll find better option not far in the east part of the city. "

"The cleaning staff were amazing ,the location is the best 👌 near everything 2 min walk to the masjid gate 309..everything was perfect except the restaurant the food was not good they could improve it and the bell guy who has big mole on his face tried to make money by saying i will bring taxi for 80ryl to train station but we got one our self that was sitting right in front of the hotel for 50ryl..over all the check in staff was very kind and professional and the cleaning staff was great 👍 👌...
