She sent us to another hotel next-door because they gave our room to someone else they didn’t wanna refund our money. They force us to stay next-door at another hotel dirty sheets with hairs and rest room dirty a lot of aunts and mosquitos inside the room ac didn’t work Sofia pyramids hotel is the hotel they send us horrible"
