I would especially like to thank the reception team for their friendliness and helpfulness. A special thanks to Nour, who works in the breakfast area, for her kindness and support. Since we had an early flight and couldn’t have breakfast, she kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast package for us, which we truly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!"

Other things I really liked about the hotel: Our room was spacious and clean. Our bed was really comfortable. The pool was nice and had a great side. "They let me both check in early and keep the room a bit extra after the check out time so excellent customer service from those two already. Room was clean and well-equipped and the location of the hotel is very good right by the grand mosque and also close to the airport bus #13. Breakfast was good and they even asked if I wanted an omelet. All in all very good hotel which I can wholeheartedly recommend to everyone travelling to Kuwait. "
