"Arrived to find hotel had technical issues and we were re-routed to their sister hotel .. on the face of it not a big problem however we were travelling on a tight schedule and missed our concert that we had booked for that evening , the hotel looked after us well and a refund gratefully received, ..."

As soon as we stepped out of our room, we were faced with the endless desert, and the desert was beautiful with large and small sand dunes. I'm sure it was a view that you wouldn't see at a desert hotel close to Dubai city. ..."
