(Expedia Itinerary: 72073353137118) On the first day of my stay, I requested a cancellation due to an urgent matter. After consulting with the reception, I contacted Expedia and agreed to a 50% cancellation fee. Despite this agreement, my credit card was charged for the full 2-night stay. I have already raised this issue, but it has not been resolved yet. Please review my cancellation record with Expedia and refund the overcharged portion as soon as possible. "We stayed here during a very stressful time, as we had to leave Kuwait by land due to the situation in the region. On arrival, Safia and Abrar at reception were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and even arranged a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, after our flight was cancelled, we returned after midnight needing another room. The receptionist (Turky) offered us the same room at nearly three times the previous price. When I questioned it, his attitude became unfriendly and unhelpful, despite our difficult situation and traveling with a person with special needs. His comment that the previous staff were nice only because it was our “first stay” was very disappointing. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the door staff and coffee service were excellent. Overall, a good hotel, but service consistency needs improvement. "
