"We had quite the saga at this hotel. The pool was out of order, empty. The gym supposedly was being remodeled so also not available. And the restaurant was only serving breakfast. So basically the amenities were a no go... We booked the 2 bedroom and first they put us in an apt that was nothing at all like the pictures. It was old and the furniture was super old. We said unless they put us in a better apt, we were not going to stay. So they gave us another apt that was a little better. ...

"We booked this place because it said it has 24 shuttle available, we book just for one night as we had our flight at 3am in the morning. When we arrived, the whole hotel smell weird, like old. The reception guy insisted I had to pay for the shuttle ($15) when uber confort was charging like 300 EGP, then they told me I had to stay 3 days to have the shuttle and after fight for my rights and what I paid for, they accepted to give me the shuttle because I won’t needed the breakfast.
