"Very nice, clean rooms, good amenities, only thing that held it back was the lifts would be very busy"

"Beautiful and clean hotel. 2 min walk."

"Room is very updated and bathroom is very modern and clean"

"J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Zaha Taiba Al Madinah. L’hôtel est agréable, propre et confortable. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable et à l’écoute des clients. "My experience in Medinah has never been so great. Staying at this beautiful hotel, the room, the staff and the closeness to Haram is priceless. Although I find the food a bit pricey. "Staff and proximity to the holy masjid"

The only area for improvement was the air conditioning, which gave off a slight smoky smell and may need checking. Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient location."

It almost feels like the location of the hotel contributes to this behavior; being close to a high‑traffic area, they seem confident guests will stay regardless of how they treat...
