"Had an amazing stay at Jewel Howard Carter Hotel. We had incredible service the entire time we were there - the staff were amazing and accomodating and had amazing recommendations the entire time. Laundry service was available and great price. Swimming pool was beautifully kept, they even had an organic farm with bananas, mangos and herbs. It’s in a quieter area of Luxor, so if you’re wanting to explore East Bank (the busier side of the city) be prepared for slightly higher taxi fares back...

"Zimmer super..sehr freundliches Personal..tolles Hotel in der Bauweise..wird auch noch gebaut..ab und zu bissi laut dadurch..Frühstück ausreichend. Lage sehr gut .5 min fussweg zur öffentlichen Fähre..kostet sehr kleines Geld..kurze Anfahrt zu Sehenswürdigkeiten..ein kleines kleinod ..sehr liebevoll gestaltet"

"The room is spacious and the deco in the room makes a statement of quality. All staffs were ever so friendly. The swimming pool is so beautiful and water temperature was maintained perfectly at 28 degrees. The view from the bank of the pool over river Nile was stunning. "The property was outstanding! Very tranquil and lush. We enjoyed exploring every bit of the property. The hotel staff were all attentive and respectful. The hotel arranged a local guide, named Hamatto who was just excellent. He is an Egyptologist and gave us so much back story of ancient Egypt. We loved our tours with him!"
