"It was good to stay and location was peaceful We took 3 rooms all inclusive but to our disappointment apart feom breakfast quality of food and options in lunch and dinner were extremely low quality, reused beef on other night. Might not go for all inclusive as this does not worth the price."

She made the whole arrival process smooth and pleasant, taking the time to ensure everything was perfect and answering all my questions with a smile. The staff overall were attentive and courteous, always ready to assist with anything I needed. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. The hotel is also perfect for families, offering plenty of facilities to keep kids entertained and happy throughout the stay, which made it even more enjoyable and stress-free. "The staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The resort is beautiful however they do not serve alcohol, which I understand, but it was not clearly listed on the website when I booked. I had been sick during my stay and the staff went above and beyond to assist me, to get medicine delivered to my room to help me get in touch with a doctor. The customer service was extra extraordinary I would definitely return so that I could enjoy my stay without being sick"
