Stayed five nights with family whilst attending a wedding. Ronaldo was great at check-in and most helpful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with iron, hair dryer, slippers and robes. Problems included: no microwave, really warm room at some points with no solution as AC system couldn't be controlled by the staff (?), hot water got cut off multiple times in the room so couldn't shower, no locks on bathroom door, lack of hangers and hooks, and a bad toilet ...
