"My only issue is them overcharging my card twice for the hold of 75.00 and I was charged again after I left for 108.75 on Friday and I checked out the Monday before. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow. "

"Super cute hotel, perfect location. Nice breakfast. Front desk associates were not very welcoming. I opened the sofa bed and it had cookie crumbs and tags under the cushions. Showed pictures to staff. Housekeeping person was very apologetic, nothing from administration though "

"The pool was not clearly marked how to get to it so we had to walk all the way around the building before we could get into pool. There was some private party going on in all of the common areas, so it was noisy and busy. I think this should have been info given to guests before booking cause I wouldn't have stayed off i knew."

"The first room had mold in it. I visually saw it and smelled it. It was obvious and clear. I went to the front desk to ask for a new room, and though they got me into a new room, the desk associate was rude about it. She was concerned because now she cant "book it to someone else". I said the room has mold...i cant stay in it, it should be fixed before you book someone else in it. The new room wasnt much better, but i did get good sleep, so i can say it was average. Overall, good location..but...

"Yes on both. Shower curtain had rips in it and the bathroom door was delaminating on the inside. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to Connor any minute."

"Stayed for just one night and was given a unacceptable room, and when asked the staff would not change the room. The room was not as shown on your website and half the room was taken up with gym equipment. There was no facilities for sitting to eat, No table, one chair and no luggage stand.Very disappointed."

"Great location My bill is still not being handled properly I’ve been charged for my incidentals on two cards and still not refunded I was charged two amounts and not sure why,or for what , they said they would reimburse me but I’m still waiting"

"The property is outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable. After having a surprise 18 hr layover at the airport, we spent the night out of desperation and I regretted picking this hotel once I laid down on the rock of a bed. Also, our main light by the beds was broken and we had to unplug it to shut it off for the night to sleep."
