"Great location in the heart of the town with super friendly & helpful staff. Margarida was very welcoming and gave us great insight about sightseeing around the town. Only con is the property needs renovation; furnishings & decor is dated, but the town is small & 1500 years old."

"Fantastic hotel right in the centre of Portalegre. The staff were very helpful, the room was great and the breakfast was excellent. The neighbourhood is quaint with lovely old cobbled streets with good shops, interesting buildings and good restaurants. Easy access to the local national park."
