"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. Stunning bedrooms and very quiet. Superb location and only about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely buffet...

"The hotel is unique with historic heritage that is well maintained. The location is in a great, safe calm area of Seville. The furthest we walked was 25 minutes south everything was within reach. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The roof terrace is highly recommend to relax and cool off from the Seville sun."

"Great place to stay and easy to get to the sights. A plus if you want to cook in, an Aldi is close by. The pool was fabulous after a long hot day of sightseeing. Our room was very quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfy as well, wish there were smaller bed pillows along with the ones provided."

"This was my second stay here. This time I traveled with my sister, and we were given a room on the ground floor with two very small beds. The room was very tiny and dim lighted. We heard noise from the water pipes all night long from the rooms above and we did not sleep well. We still enjoyed our stay, but it was not as nice as the previous time I stayed."

"The location was in walking distance to many popular attractions. We had a family room and it was beautiful and spacious. The food was great too!"

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"A great location and a truly unique hotel as the pictures show. The staff were friendly and helpful and a good breakfast was put out every morning. We had a basic room but it was all we needed to enjoy our stay in Seville."

"Staff were pleasant and very helpful. The lobby, rooms and common areas on the main floor were very clean and nice. The plunge pool on the upper terrace was a disappointment as it is worn and tried looking and there were no loungers poolside. We had stayed previously in hotels with plunge pools and terraces that we used regularly. Not this one. Other wise beautiful hotel in a great location."

"Beautiful hotel the staff excellent, free coffee machine in the lounge, spotlessly clean, good quality bathroom products perfect location to get from the airport bus, plenty of shops nearby, the train station was a short walk of 25 minutes on mostly flat streets . The only down side to me was having a room located near the stairwell it was very noisy when guests came in due to the tiled flooring and a window facing towards the stairwell"
