"The problem wasn’t with the property itself. It was with Expedia and their incorrect information on whether or not there was an airport shuttle. There isn’t a shuttle and that was very inconvenient. I booked the hotel because of the shuttle. Expedia needs to get their act together on the information regarding the hotels information. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and changed rooms for me when the motorcycle noise was to annoying. They were very understanding."

"This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay."

"Surprisingly nice stay. The hot breakfast is prepared with love. There is also a hot tub which could have been warmer but was still enjoyable. Helpful staff, clean rooms, live plants in planters around lobby entry were a cheerful touch of joy. Only downside was it got a bit noisy and not more sound-proofed like other lodging can be. But overall I’d definitely stay here again in future."

"The experience was not good. We were able to sleep there, that is about it. Pool was closed and the floors were not clean. The mattresses looked like that had been badly soiled and not replaced.
