The location was great for a couple wanting to explore Alaminos and Bani. The facilities and space were average, but it was surprisingly quiet which was nice.

The hotel is conveniently near the bus station. However it’s on the third floor so it’s not very accessible and not recommended if you have lots of luggage. Otherwise it’s a nice clean facility and for 100 Filipino pesos you can jump on a Auto to 100 Islands

Clean room, very good cable and AC, bed was fine. Only real issue is the water pressure in the shower. Staff is nice and helpful and hotel is close to downtown shopping

Satisfying stay at novo hotel

My group had a comfortable atay at Novo hotel in Alaminos. It was very ckean and accessible. It is near the public market and there is a grocery below. Rooms are well maintained at a price worth your money. People's Park is a walking distance away.

No water, aircon cannot control, no partition between the shower and toilet, no conditioner and body wash. I cannot open the provided toothpaste. TV no signal. Bed is so hard and only one pillow per person. During check in, you need to fill up and sign a lot of paperworks and during checkout, they will not let you go until they inspected the room. The door key is gross.

Water in bathroom keeps coming off. Was not able to take shower when needed or use the toilet due to no water. Hotel provided a bucket of water. Very uncomfortable for a weary traveler.

No water supply

Two nights without water for shower or toilet. Excuse on first night was scheduled maintenance. Second night was scheduled maintenance. When I complained, someone turned on the water but is was very slow running. Would not offer refund. Check other reviews as this is ongoing issue. Not worth staying here.

bon rapport qualité/prix

bon accueil - trÚs propre - grand lit confortable - climatisation efficace et assez silencieuse super bien placé par rapport au terminal de bus Victory line - j'ai perdu pas mal de temps avec la connexion wifi instable. Et à force de demander, j'ai finalement eu accÚs à un réseau wifi qui fonctionnait correctement je n'ai pas du tout apprécié les coups de stress : - 2 coups de téléphone dans la chambre à 3h du matin pour vérifier si j'avais bien prolongé mon séjour, puis malgré ma confirmation, coup de sonnette à 7h00 - et idem le jour du départ, coup de tel à 6h pour me rappeler que je devais quitter à 7h et du coup j'ai payé un extra pour pouvoir rester 1h de plus le temps de faire mes bagages

This is a decent low budget hotel. AC was good, WIFI was ok, Room was clean with towels, Window looked at another wall, but we felt safe. There is a large supermarket below the hotel, so that is convenient. The rooms are on the third floor with no elevator.

Good value for the money. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to the city center. Despite being on main road we were in a quiet room. No frills Like WiFi in rooms but a clean basic place to spend a night close to hundred islands.

Thus hotel is very nicely located on top of super market close too shopping centers. Also MacDonalds. Bus terminal very near. 5 minutes trike ride to hundred islands entrance.
