"Perfect for my stay for a convention! The staff was responsive and helpful, and when I encountered an error with my booking (my fault), they were incredibly understanding and proactive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. An excellent value for a room in a stellar location!"

"Stayed 1 night before heading to Royal Caribbean cruise out of Los Angeles Cruise Port. Pickup from Long Beach airport was a huge bonus. Shuttle driver was friendly. Upon Arrival we were treated to freshly baked cookies. The front desk explained the routine. Breakfast Buffet was nice with plenty of options. The room was nicely kept and comfortable. There are plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The beach is about 2 blocks or 10 minutes walking distance away. We would definitely stay here again. we enjoyed our short stay, wish we would've came 2 days early for the cruise. "

"No bedside lamp for reading. Very basic room. Soap dispenser in the shower, no other soap or shampoo provided. Refrigerator was turned off. "

"The room was fairly clean, but definitely weathered. We had to run the AC through the night to mask the street noise. The mattress was very comfortable. "
