"The room was mostly clean. The bathroom was not. All around the shower stall was filthy. Staff were polite. The breakfast is sad. No hot food."

"Nice staff, and the room was big. Pool was freezing, though. My daughter had been looking forward to it, but was shaking the whole time and got out after ten minutes. Convenient to a few dining and shopping options if you don't want to drive into Punxsutawney (though it's an easy and quick drive if you do). "

I went to the front desk to get cups, as they were none in the room and to exchange a towel with big stains all over it. The front desk clerk appeared disbelieving, and a bit put out before giving me another folded towel and stating he would make a note for the general manager.When I unfolded the new towel in the room, it was also stained."
