"This was the worst property I have ever stayed at, it was on a nicely kept complex grounds were nice however you went downstairs to it there were cockroaches, ants galore the lounge had been separated with a stud wall cutting out all natural light making the lounge so small it felt so claustrophobic with the lights out it was pitch black!! The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. "Hotel was overall good. Rooms were decently clean. Amenities are great especially the free parking. One downside was that we were in the pool area when a staff member locked the entrance as he saw us sitting there and when we tried leaving, he refused to open the door and told us to walk around the hotel to get back in. Strange behaviour from that guy. The man at the front desk was amazing he gave us many restaurant recommendations and was friendly."
