"Our stay at Vila São Vicente was great! The staff were wonderful, and the location was perfect. Everything was clean, comfortable, and made for a lovely stay. Breakfast was good. The only suggestion I would have is for the hotel to offer pool towels for guests to use at the pool. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!"

"Ich war mittlerweile schon zum 6. Mal in diesem Hotel und werde es auch in den nächsten Jahren weiterhin besuchen. Das sagt eigentlich schon alles! Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag top sauber gemacht und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Auch beim Frühstück und Abendessen ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei – es gibt alles, was man braucht. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher und kann dieses Hotel wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. "The check in time was not until 4:00pm which I think is quite late but even then our room was not ready. The staff were apologetic but after travelling you just want to get into your room. When I booked it I did not realize they are part of a 2 hotel system so if you want the beach hotel - the one which I thought we had booked there was a specification so several of the pictures online of the place showed the beach version of the hotel which was disappointing. "Exceed our expectations, we had a lovely 5 night stay at Epic Sana. Lovely atmosphere at the hotel and the walk down to the beach was stunning!"

"The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants and shops. That was the best thing about this hotel. Staff was very nice, pretty clean. However, our few complaints were we heard doors slamming all hours of the night, so they need to fixed there doors to not slam. Our door did not do that. You can also hear noise all around, the walls I guess are quite thin. Also, our closet door was broken, so we could not open or close it, to use the closet, and you have to pay to use the safe, which...
