"This new apartment hotel is next to the water, a very short 5-10 minute walk to the main Vilajoiosa beach and several beaches to the west. Very well appointed apartments, staff are kind and efficient, area is very quiet, Mercadona a 5 minute walk away. Would stay here again for sure. Benidorm is a very short drive away, although Vilajoiosa beachfront is much more charming. "

"Perfect apartment just 10 minute walk from the centre. Buss station 2 min from apartment. Close enough for everything including beach. Apartment was perfect,clean everywhere. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. We will definetly be back for another break..❤️"

"Overall it was a good stay. The check in was quick and friendly and the parking cost was good and plentiful. The wifi was OK and the amenities were good. The mattresses were too soft for my liking and the decor was OK for the price. The small restaurant was very handy."

"A little noisy from the late night customers at the restaurant across the street. We also had expected 3 twin beds and actually had 2 double beds pushed together. Still worked for us, but not quite as comfortable as 3 twins would have been. But despite that, the place was clean, affordable, and the staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful-multilingual. Breakfast wasn’t included with the rate we paid, but we opted to purchase it one morning and it was delicious as well. Would come back."

"Mysigt och lugnt i juni. Rummen var fina med fantastisk havsutsikt. Killen i receptionen var mycket trevlig med snabb och bra service. Bra garage med stora och fina platser. jättefin utsikt från baren/poolen. inte så bra: lyhört, ljud av toalettspolning från andra lägenheter osv personalen i Cafét/baren kunde ingen engelska, jag uppfattade dom som blyga och otroligt sega att ge service. även fast vi var de enda kunderna tog det 20-25 min att få ut en öl. "

"Enjoyed a lovely weekend here! Jose was a great host and helped me when I accidentally left my passport in the room! Apartment and terrace were lovely, clean and comforting! The pool area was quiet and relaxing. wish I could have stayed here longer! I had a bit of an issue trying to get a taxi, but I could have maybe figured out the public transport. There is a supermarket close by (closed Sunday), beach and bars are 10 min walk away. Totally enjoyed and would definitely go back!"

"Apartment location was excellent, apartment itself was very clean and tidy , lovely big balcony, and had all the facilities we required. Thought it was getting a bit tired and could do with some updates. We found the beds very hard and uncomfortable, maybe just our taste. The pillows where rubbish. TV was impossible to watch , too much break up , luckily I brought my own fire stick which worked fine with a vpn. Communal areas where lovely and the pool area was great, we did eat in the restaurant...

"Had a good stay , good budget option , good location , 5 minute stroll in to old town , very good large super market within a minutes walk ,, useful fridge freezer , micro wave and cooker which i didnt use , house cleaning is once a week , not an issue 4 me being a solo traveller , plenty of towels to use ,, washing maching on site as well , good staff ,, would use again , would recommend,"

"Has all your needs. Liked the washing machine and drier on the 4th floor which we didn't need. Room spotless with separate lounge. 2 tv and good WiFi for a firestick. On-line check-in with great instructions for keys. Felt safe with CCTV in all area's. "
