"Overall experience was amazing, the only problem is with the check-in time. The only possible check-in time is after 16:00 so be careful here! Plan your trip accordingly as I had to stroll around from 11:00 till 16:00 with my baggage .. The room was clean, modern, and warm just in the center of Krakow. 5 min walk to the old town, 6 min till shopping mall and train/bus station. Just near the apartment there is a small shop to buy snacks. Complimentary coffee and tea in the apartment. "

The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. "The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."

"良い点は立地のみです。 残念でした。 ・建物に入るための鍵の扱い方が非常に分かりづらい。取り出し方、扉の開け方も詳細に書いて欲しい。 ・マンションの一室へ入るための扉に後付けのオートロックの鍵が付けられているが、取り付け部が緩んでいてセキュリティが心配だった。 ・専用バスルームと書いてあるが、実際はトイレもシャワーも共用 ・トイレットペーパーの補充も清掃も一度もされなかった。 ・部屋にゴミ箱がない"
