"Gorgeous property. Recommend the penthouse very affordable and world class view. Staff was very helpful in getting tickets to boating activities. Also hotel is perfect location at top of guatape short walk into town to shop and eat/drink and then take a cute colorful moto car back to hotel. Also, restaurants were great at hotel. Excellent food and service. Highly recommend and superior value"

"The property views were so beautiful, the staff were amazing attentive, helpful, and responsive. Breakfast and room service was excellent. Also the room was very clean. The only problem with the stay was sounds carry from the adjacent rooms easily and the bedrooms are primarily glass windows and doors so you could hear everything. Lighting at night was poor. The paths to the rooms are not for everyone, would not recommend to elderly or disabled/ handicapped "
