"I stayed here at least 10 times, while working nearby. Twice I’ve had to stay in different places due to no available vacancy, and both times I was reminded how much I truly appreciated the hospitality, warm welcome, privacy and convenience of staying at Loyd Hall. During my 3 months of regular stays here, it began to feel like a home away from home. Priced fairly for the many amenities and accommodating hosts. I’ve made special requests a couple times and was met with prompt response...

"The rooms could definitely use a thorough cleaning. Our room felt sticky, and the bathroom needed a deep clean as well."

"Upon room checkin I came across some housekeeping problems with a bathroom mirror splattered with something and a dirty desk. Took photos. Called the front desk, went back to check in to switch rooms. Minor plaster damage on bathroom wall noted front desk upon departure. Friendly hotel staff, special kudos to Mr Hertz for his great assistance!"

"I am a frequent traveler. My first stay at a Holiday Inn. This was one of my best stays in 76years. Staff, especially Jasvae were more than courteous, helpful, and accommodating. She even came to room to adjust volume on television. Young lady that prepared breakfast made sure late guess were also fed. Room was comfortable and clean. I travel with cleaning supplies!"

"The room was perfect. The only thing that bothered me was the noise. Well after 10 pm people were running up and down the hallway, yelling, knocking on doors etc. This hotel is very nice, the staff is excellent, only issue to have is with some who stay there not being considerate of others. "

"I knew it was downhill when I couldn’t even get into the room. The door was jammed. Had to have the front desk staff open the door. The room had a faint smell of cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean! Hair all over the toilet seat. Sitting water and soap scum in the bathtub. The lamp bases were dirty. Just overall a very dirty room. I’m very disappointed with my stay. The other reviews were misleading. The staff was pleasant the only good thing about this stay."

"The front desk staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was decent with options like pastries, waffles, eggs, and biscuits with gravy. There were several issues during my stay. The lobby air conditioning seemed to be off or not working, with only a floor fan running. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. The hallways were hot and musty, and the walls and doors throughout the hotel had noticeable scuffs and paint chips. My room was 78 degrees when I arrived and took a while to cool...
