Budget friendly Hotel

The Otter Creek Inn is a clean, budget hotel. The room is perfectly functional and the King bed is firm. The hotel itself is a bit out of the way, but if you don't mind a 5 minute walk it is fine.

Great location and convenient

The location was excellent for walking into town. Right in the water and if you are visiting with a boat it would be perfect with a ramp right next door and docks. Room is dated and fairly basic but very clean and well appointed. Worked well for the night with my family and a good value for the money

Stayed here to visits friends in the area a site see. Great location to walk to town. Nothing fancy about the hotel but it was clean, cool and ample parking. Worked for us.

Nice place right on the water. We were there to fish and our captain was able to pick us up for our charter right there at the docks by the inn.

Liked you could grill if you wanted to and had ice available. Liked the soda machine. Had the right amount of towels and wash cloths. Bed was very comfortable! Atmosphere was great! People friendly. Meh

So the room was clean and the check in staff was helpful and gave tips to area eating places. That said, the Tv cable and remote didn't work. The front staff diagnosed that someone had disconnected the cable. He reconnected it and gave us a new remote that worked. Then when we got back from dinner, we noticed that the door did not latch when we left. Nothing was stolen but we had to slam it to engage lock. There was no trashcan in the room so we had to leave the trash on a tray. The area seems to be mostly a summer tourist town. The hotel sat next to a pond that would probably be nice to look at in the summer.

No morning coffee!

The room overall was satisfactory. It was clean and nice and cool . A little out dated but that’s okay. The office was not open by 8:00 am as stated and we were unable to get a cup of coffee or other assistance. We had mechanical problems with our motorcycle and my husband really could have used that morning cup of coffee while working in their parking lot.
