"Do not book this hotel! Stay away!! When I checked out, I was billed $28.88 per day as amenity fees + state/local taxes. When I asked about the purpose, I was told it was for the 15% discount at the restaurant and local touring. I spent $60 at the restaurant and toured nothing. So I paid close to $60 in fees to get a $8 discount on my restaurant bill. Best part is they don’t disclose this at check-in. Also, you can’t set the room temperature. We ould never set the thermostat below 68...

"Overall the service was lackluster. I had an issue with my key not working and I was told to “pull-push” the door fast to get the key to work properly! The lobby was clean and well maintained but the elevator was slow. There were stains on the curtains and comforter. Bathroom also had a sewage smell upon my arrival."

"great location close to metro and old town, we only had one day in the city so dropped off our bags at 11 and headed out to explore the city since check in wasn't until 3. We went all over the place and were exhausted and wanted to shower before our 5:30 dinner reservation. we tried to check in at 3:40 and the receptionist said yours not ready and could not tell us when it would be since house keeping hadn't even arrived yet. She said she would call us when it was ready.... she did not i went...

"Stay wax fine, the rooms were clean. Shuttle service is extremely unreliable- they say it runs the top of every hour but we waited in the airport well over an hour for pickup. Also don’t count on free fresher coffee. We stayed 2 nights And got 1 voucher girls breakfast, they said this was how it is always done. Ok location near the airport and a short distance to old town. Near a grocery store too. Likely won’t stay here again"
