"Brilliant hotel. Very professional,friendly and helpful, from the initial contact with the reception staff, restaurant servers right to the housekeeping and the handyman.Food quality was absolutely lovely and all locally sourced, from the steaks, fish and even the local bakery. The room was very clean, large and comfortable, with a spotless balcony and a wonderful view. I'm very picky but found no problem with any of the above. "Where to start? What's not to like here. A stunning loch-side location; beautiful and well-appointed room overlooking the loch, Nespresso facilities, great shower-room. The breakfasts were excellent. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and could not fault a thing. The choice, presentation and taste of the food were all superb. We had a minor issue in our room but the staff were onto it and it was fixed in no time. I couldn't recommend this place more."
