"Staff was very nice. Property is getting run down and repairs needed. Curtains were ripped. Mattress on beds were good but on couch bed was terrible—you could almost see all the springs sticking out. Not enough towels in room—we had 5 people registered and only 2 bath towels so we had to get more from the desk. Overall the room was ok but nothing fabulous. "

"The room was clean and met basic expectations, which I appreciated. However, the breakfast was very basic with limited options, and unfortunately the shower didn’t work during my stay, which was inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay experience. "

"The AC works fantastic. The luxury Room top of line is perfect and i would book again for sure. Only one thing i would say is the water for the hot tub wasn't hot enough, Otherwise everything is perfect."
