The actual unit is located nowhere near the "head office" that you need to go and get the keys from, which wasn't clearly communicated, so we wasted so much of our time "checking in", and when we finally did pick up the keys, the woman wasn't very pleasant. Also, broken shower tiles. Like, severely broken, basically falling off. I would not...
