"This hotel was extremely difficult to get to. It was listed as being only an 8–10 minute walk from the metro, but the reality was very different. The hotel is currently surrounded by an active building site, and reaching it involved walking through a poorly signposted tunnel that felt confusing and inconvenient. "Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, sehr ruhig, direkt einen Supermarkt vor der Türe, 3 Min. von der U-Bahn Station entfernt. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, etwas mehr frisches Obst wäre wünschenswert. Die Zimmer sind funktional und für einen Städtetrip in Ordnung. Leider sind die Fugen im Bad zwischen den Fliesen verschimmelt, dies sollte so schnell wie möglich gefixt werden. Sonst eine klare Empfehlung."

"A really good location, next to the metro station. The room was comfortable enough, although the mattress on the bed was well worn. Sparse provision of tea /coffee in room. "The staff were gre at and always helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Great selection of food. Just wished they had latte’s. Room was very comfortable with big window. Very clean and the room was roomy. Good amount of counter space in the bathroom. Very close. To transit and grocery store I enjoyed my stay there"

"It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands. The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns. We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm."

"Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel grâce a un personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Un sac petit déjeuner était prévu pour le jour du départ très tôt le matin. Le supplément chambre avec fenêtre est indispensable même si celles ci ne s’ouvrent pas ce qui est regrettable. Malgré tout déçus que la piscine et le spa soient payants y compris pour les clients de l’hôtel ou un tarif privilégié aurait été apprécié.
