"I loved my stay here. Staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was positive. Abdulla was able to get me into my room early without any notice as I rolled in on very little sleep. I stayed in a single room. It was comfortable and clean, and the natural light from the window made it feel big enough for what I needed. I’m assuming some rooms do not have a window based on the layout and location of rooms. There is some street noise that I had no issue sleeping though, but if you would rather no window for less noise, an internal room might suit you better. Breakfast was amazing. Location is great and within walking distance of most major sites. I walked everywhere, but it is also close to the tube if you want to venture a bit further."

"Perfect location, 3 mins walk from Tower Hill underground. Staff were friendly and efficient and room was very clean. Lovely touch of cake/chocolate/card with 25% off bar left as we were celebrating a birthday. Rooftop bar really good on the Saturday night with DJ - perfect end to our day. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Will stay here again for our next London trip."

"Good hotel right on the water front. The city view rooms should be taken with a pinch of salt as you don’t see much really. Great cocktail bar in floor 12 with prices that are not that bad, just a bit bad. Room rates seem on the high side but I guess you’re paying extra for the location."
