"This is a nice and well-located hotel for a visit to Ithaca. I would have liked it better but for the following four things: 1) the electrical outlets on the table lamps were loose and did not always work, 2) there were no USB ports except one on the clock radio, 3) the air conditioning did not cool well after the first two days of a three-day stay, 3) the housekeeping service never made the bed or switched the towels. "Check in was very good. The gal at the front desk very friendly. On day before our check-out I went to office to use computer and printer to print boarding passes and guest computer and printer was not working. Waited for like 15 minutes for the lady at front desk to print like over 50 pages for a gentleman that appeared to be an executive. I then went and asked since the guest computer was not functioning could she print boarding passes for me. She was rude and asked why I wouldn’t just use...

"The property was clean. Only issue was other guests leaving their food waste in the elevator car instead of placing in the garbage. Elevators could use some cleaning. Electric shade did not work in our room so we couldn’t get any sunlight. Enjoyed the waffles at breakfast. Front desk staff were very nice, professional and especially helpful when trying to access pool area due to room key not working. Would stay again."
