"This hotel is in a terrible area, no welcoming reception, and guests were questionable. Drugs are definitely being sold there. 2 doors down from our room. I booked 2 rooms and they were not together. I had a 5 year old with me. Fight broke out in our hallway late at night--screaming, yelling. Not safe! Not a hanger in the room, lights did not work in some areas and there was no cleaning of the room at all. We were there 3 days. Garbage left in the room, dirty towels, etc. WILL NOT STAY...

"Clean and convenient location for our show at the Beacon Theatre. One star off for being able to hear guest conversations very clearly from outside our room. While the Wallace lounge was very presentable, the drinks and dessert were just ok. Would be nice for hotel guests to have priory seating in the lounge instead of having to wait or succumb to the bar. Overall, I would 100 percent recommend The Wallace and would probably stay here again if I’m visiting UWS again."

"The room is small but fairly clean. I didn’t see any stains anywhere. Bathroom has a nice size, no closet. Small cabinet with a mini fridge and tv, so the side. The staff were super nice and gave cookies when checking in. The shuttle bus was supposed to run from 9 to 9 but stopped at 5pm (the driver had left). I didn’t get to try the breakfast but they have tea and coffee in the lobby. Sugar, milk is on the table. If you don’t like the coffee, there’s dunkin and Starbucks nearby. The view is...
