"The room was dirty, ketchup on the blow dryer, the mirrors were cloudy and the doors and door jams were filthy. I could see through the sheets and the blanket was super thin and did not keep me warm on a 5 degree night. There was a huge red stain on the chair. The bed was very uncomfortable, sunk down in the middle. I was up on and off all night and did not sleep well at all. The toilet seat was spongy and sticky. There were no tissues, very few towels, which were small. The shower was so old...

"A beautiful gal checked us in. I don't remember her name but it was very pretty and started with a C. (Carmalia??) Before she assigned us a room, she asked our preferences, like which floor, close to the elevator, tub or shower? This was very appreciated!! She also explained the players club and showed us a map and was not hurried. She's definately a keeper!! Our room was very clean. Lots of pillows. Comfortable bed. Lots of lighting and storage. Microwave and fridge, coffee maker, bottled...

"It looked like a 2-star hotel, I did not expect this. Everything looks pretty run down and old. A lot of doors also corroded, washroom has plumbing issues, hot water takes a while to come. Overall, unless the hotel is renovated, I cannot recommend "

"The first room we were assigned was dirty and there was a ton of garbage behind the table in between the beds. The hotel staff was not the most friendliest when checking out. The beds are NOT soft at all!! "
