"La struttura è carina. Purtroppo siamo stati sistemati nella dependance senza preavviso rendendoci impossibile l’accesso alla piscina. Inoltre la camera era ghiacciata poiché si erano dimenticati di accendere il riscaldamento. Il vitto non di qualità e neanche di quantità. La sera, se rimaneva mezza bottiglia di vino, spariva, obbligandoti a prenderne un’altra. Il paese non offre nulla."

The hotel charges EUR 7 per night for cleaning the room when leaving, it would be fair if they explained at the reception of the room what this cleanliness includes to match expectation"

"Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can."

"Esperienza molto positiva, hotel pulitissimo, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Cucina ottima, colazione abbondante. Posizione strategica, 5 minuti si arriva alla funivia della daolasa e 15 minuti a campo Carlo Magno. Servizio navetta offerto dalla struttura per arrivare agl'impianti. Deposito sci e scarponi. Centro wellness molto carino e pulito. Consigliatissimo. Un ringraziamento speciale a Chiara e alla sua mamma. "
