"Would have been helpful to have usb outlets (sometimes have lamps or clocks with usb outlets) for charging. Desk staff were cordial and provided directions of grocery store, ATM, and restaurant nearby; the grocery store was great for fresh fruit, drinks, croissants, etc. Staff arranged transportation to the port for our cruise. Rooftop terrace bar experience could be improved (service and music) but was enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again."

"It was nice and clean but the walls were a bit scuffed and could use some paint. The air and fridge never really got cold. Cool, but not cool enough. You have to pay .50 euro each way to use the elevator and the breakfast at the place down the street was very limited on what you could get and in a very hectic spot. The beds were very soft so if you need a firm bed be aware. The luggage storage was nice and it’s very close to the museum. "

"Location, location, location. 5 second walk to Ponte Vecchio. Less than 10 minutes to the Uffizi Gallery. 20 minutes to the train station (easy walk, even with suitcases). 20 minutes to Piazzale Michelangelo (great restaurant/bar at the top) and it has a great view of the city. Boboli Gardens is just down the street. Bathroom was small and a bit awkward (hard to explain, but it was tight…I’m 6’2” and my wife is 5’2” and we have the same comment). The staff were amazing."
